We are always looking for support of any kind.  Below is our wish list of specific items that would make a big difference for us!  Contact us at [email protected] for the best way to go about donating items on this list.  General donation links can be found under the SUPPORT US tab.

STRUCTURE FIRE PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

As new firefighters join our department we need to outfit them with a full compliment of equipment to keep them safe.  This includes turnout coats, pants, helmets, boots, gloves, SCBA's and much more.

LARRO Training (Low Angle Rope Rescue Operations)

Rope rescue is a valuable skill in the remote terrain we cover. We train on the basics of rope rescue but proper instruction of techniques and methods will help us build confidence and skill.

WATER TENDER

Even with the lake nearby, water can be very difficult to access on certain incidents.  The ability to transport large quantities of water to where it is needed would serve a huge benefit to the department.

ROPE RESCUE COMPLIMENTS

Rope rescue is a low frequency but high risk operation that we need to be prepared to perform.  There are many precarious natural and man made locations/obstacles in and around the Lake Pillsbury basin that this equipment prepares us to tackle.

LUCAS AUTOMATED CPR DEVICES

With such a high percentage of our call being medical related, we focus much of our training on Basic Life Support (BLS) skills.  Our remote location and limited personnel available at times means that an extra set of "hands" for critical situations that require CPR is extremely valuable.

BATTERY POWERED EXTRICATION EQUIPMENT

Simplicity can be key in high-stress situations and the latest generation of extrication equipment simplifies the process and allows faster response time during critical incidents.

ELECTRIC AMBULANCE GURNEYS

Our limited medical resources mean we are often short staffed and looking for any way we can to simplify our response to a call.  These powered raise/lower gurneys can free up an extra set of hands to assist as needed elsewhere on a call.
